We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience issues, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

💰 Refunds
